Beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital are all close by. Everything for daily life is nearby. Puerto Plata International Airport is only about 15 minutes away by car.
Ocean Tree sits on a quiet one-way street that only leads to the entrance of The Luxury Ocean Club and the rear gate of Infiniti Blu. There is hardly any traffic, which makes it one of the calmest residential addresses in Sosúa, with the beach less than two minutes away on foot.

Where is Ocean Tree Residences?
Ocean Tree Residences is in Sosúa on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic (province of Puerto Plata), next to Infiniti Blu and The Luxury Ocean Club. The map on this page shows the exact location and the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby.
Which apartments are available?
There are seven layouts from one to three bedrooms, between 69 and 132 m² of interior space: Crocus, Rose, Lotus and Orchid (1 bedroom), Tulip and Lilly (2 bedrooms, Lilly with an office) and Cayena (3 bedrooms). Each layout is offered on up to three levels, and availability is shown per floor on every apartment page.
What is the difference between the Garden, Residence and Sea View levels?
The layouts are identical. The Garden Level (ground floor) adds an extended private patio, the Residence Levels (floors 2 to 4) are the classic floors with a private balcony at the same price per layout, and the Sea View Level (floor 5) is the top floor with the sea view. Garden and Sea View levels are priced higher.
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes. Every apartment is delivered fully furnished and turn-key, with Coralina stone flooring, a fitted kitchen and bathrooms, so owners can move in or start letting right away.
How do I get prices and the payment schedule?
Prices are not published online. Send us a request through the form or by WhatsApp, tell us which apartment you like, and we send the price list, floor plans and payment schedule. We reply within 24 hours, usually sooner.
Can I rent out my apartment?
Yes. Professional property management is available on site, so your apartment can earn income while you are away. Contact us and we will send you the details.
What are the monthly maintenance fees?
Maintenance fees are reasonable and start at around $250 per month, depending on the size of the apartment.
Is there backup power?
Yes. The building has solar panels on the roof and a backup generator, so power cuts are not an issue.
Is there parking and a laundry?
Yes. Parking is in the building’s own underground garage, where you will also find a laundry room.
How far is the beach?
Casa Marina Beach is less than two minutes away on foot. Playa Alicia is about five minutes, Sosúa Beach and Playa Chiquita about ten.
What is the construction status?

The new Amber Highway between Santiago and Puerto Plata was awarded in July 2026 and is set to cut the drive from the country’s second-largest city by about an hour, bringing the coast within easy weekend reach for Dominican families looking for a second home by the sea. West of Sosúa, Punta Bergantín is taking shape as a new destination with international hotel brands, a golf course and a film studio. Sosúa sits in the middle of it all: beaches on foot, an international airport about 15 minutes away, and prices that still leave room to grow.
