2. General information

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Your data is treated confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. This policy explains which data we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

3. Data we collect on this website

Inquiry form. When you send us the form, we store the details you provide (first and last name, email address, phone number, the apartment you are interested in, your message) to answer your request. The form is sent to the customer management system of the InStyle group (InStyle Investments), so that our team can reply. With the request, we also record the page you came from, the language setting and, if present in the link, campaign details (UTM parameters).

WhatsApp, telephone, email. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the details you give us to answer you. WhatsApp is provided by its operator under its own privacy policy.

Server log files. Our server automatically records technical data such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and time of access. This data serves the technical security and stability of the website only.

Cookies and analytics. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Fonts and scripts are delivered from our own server.

4. Map

The location map is loaded when you scroll near it or click “Show map”. The map software is delivered from our own server, but the map tiles come from the free service OpenFreeMap. When the map loads, your browser contacts that service, which receives your IP address and the requested map area. Before the map loads, no data is sent. Choose “Open in Google Maps” only if you accept Google’s privacy policy for that visit.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on our own server. The inquiry form sends data to the customer management system of the InStyle group (InStyle Investments).

6. Offers by email

If you send us a request and do not tick “No thanks, please don’t send me offers by email”, we may occasionally email you offers from InStyle Investments about real estate on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. You can object at any time by replying to any email or using the unsubscribe link in every email; we then stop immediately.

7. Data sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties unless this is necessary to process your request or required by law.

8. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations, and delete it afterwards.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict its processing and to withdraw any consent you have given. Contact us at any time regarding your data.
